All the customers must clear the full payment right before the commencement of application process for visa, with applications being considered for processing at all, only after having received the payment successfully with confirmation.

  • Customer did not provide the necessary documents on time
  • Customer requests a cancellation after the processing has started

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Visa applicants are strongly advised not to initiate chargeback or payment disputes while their visa processes are ongoing.

Should a dispute be opened or a chargeback issued without first contacting customer support, the following provisions apply:

  • Suspension or cancellation of the application process
  • Providing proof of service delivery to the payment provider
  • Taking appropriate steps to resolve the dispute

Payment confirmation

Fund transfer processing shall be concluded with payment confirmation, which will be transmitted through email or through the website. This confirmation is proof that an order exists and has been acknowledged for future processing.

Currency and pricing
