2. No Government Affiliation

Please be advised that applyevisadubai.ae is NOT a government agency, nor is it affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the UAE Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security (ICP), the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA), or any other official government body.

We do not have the authority to issue visas. The final decision to grant or deny any visa rests solely with the official immigration authorities of the United Arab Emirates.

3. Official Government Portal

In compliance with international advertising standards and Google Ads policies, we inform all users that official government services can be accessed directly through the official UAE Government Portal at u.ae or smartservices.icp.gov.ae.

Applying directly through government channels may result in lower costs as it excludes the service fees associated with our private consultancy and expert support.

4. Fee Structure & Transparency

Our service fees are charged in exchange for our professional expertise, document auditing, and administrative handling.

Government Fees: These are the actual costs charged by the UAE authorities for the visa itself.
Service Fees: These are charged by Brillsmac Consultants FZ-LLC for the value-added services provided by our platform. Total prices listed on our website are inclusive of both the official government charges and our professional consultancy fees.
