Services Provided
We provide services to those applying for their Dubai Visas. We essentially repackage the visa application and documentation, advising the client during the submission process, and provide general travel advice.
Please note that the ultimate acceptance or denial of an individual’s visa application lies at the discretion of the official immigration office and any decision they may reach shall not have anything to do with us.
Eligibility
The applicant must be careful to ensure that all requirements stipulated for visa applications in the category for which he/she seeks to file the entry visa are met. When one submits an application via our website, he/she confirms that:
- All the information that he/she furnishes is true to the best of his/her knowledge and belief;
- All the documents that he/she submits are correct, genuine, and valid.
- You agree that providing false information can result in visa denial or legal action.
Apply eVisa Dubai reserves the right to refuse service when incorrect information is furnished.

In the following times, due to missing, wrong, or incomplete documentation, and not due to any mistake made by Apply eVisa Dubai, delays or denials of processing may take place.
Visa Processing Time
Visa processing timeframes are set by UAE immigration authorities. We always try processing cases within the timeframes available, although the standard time frame could be set out at 7 to 15 business days, which may get longer due to changes in the immigration milieu.
Delays could be due to
- Extended immigration workload
- Public holidays
- Document verification needs
- New government policies
For delays related to these, Apply eVisa Dubai cannot assure precise processing times.
Service Fees and Payments
- All charges include all services, including consultation and application handling.
- Any modifications regarding pricing can be made without any prior intimation.
Once a Visa application is initiated, service charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise outlined by the return policy.
Rejection & Approval of Visa
Apply eVisa Dubai does not guarantee visa approval.
The decision taken is solely that of the UAE immigration officials. Hence:
- Should applications be rejected at their end, eVisa Dubai will not be further responsible.
- No refund shall be granted if payment fails because of a visa decline by immigration authorities.
Limitation of Liability
eVisa Dubai does not bear the responsibility for loss, delay, or damage resulting from the scenarios depicted below.
- Rejections by immigration authorities
- Delays due to government procedures
- Misleading the customer (giving wrong information)
- Changes in the immigration rules and policies
We are only responsible for the application submission and assistance.
Privacy and Data Protection
We know your privacy is valuable.
It should be noted that this information will be used only for:
- Processing of visas
- Correspondence related to your application
- Obtaining the consent of legal authorities
Despite security status checks made with reasonable premises, the protection of data online cannot be more than 100% strong.
The Use of the Website
The user is not allowed to:
